Data Deletion Request
Delete individual items in the app
- A single voucher: open it (or go to Archive) and choose Delete. Its details and any attached photo are removed.
- Redeemed history: delete archived vouchers individually from the Archive screen.
Delete everything (full wipe)
To remove all Stashback data — every voucher, every slip photo, and all settings — simply uninstall the app:
- iPhone / iPad: press and hold the Stashback icon → Remove App → Delete App.
- Android: press and hold the Stashback icon → Uninstall (or Settings → Apps → Stashback → Uninstall).
Uninstalling permanently deletes the app's private storage, including all photos. This cannot be undone.
Backups you created
If you used Settings → Data → Back up wallet or exported a CSV, those files were saved to a location you chose (for example iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Files). They are outside Stashback's control, so please delete them from that service if you no longer want them.
Purchases
Stashback Pro is a purchase record held by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We hold no payment data to delete. Manage purchases through your store account.
